Strength and conditioning program
- Training is an hour and fifteen minutes long.
- This program helps improve athletes strength, explosiveness, balance and conditioning using various exercises and training methods
- Each athlete will be given a program to work on their own as well.
- Program can include group sessions or individual.
- 30$ per session.
- 2 sessions per week programs or 8 sessions throughout 5 weeks (prices vary).

Speed and Agility training programs
- Training is an hour and fifteen minutes long.
- Helps improve athletes speed, agility and mobility with various training methods instructed by Coach Mikey or Coach Tommy.
- 30$ per session.
- 2 sessions per week programs or 8 sessions throughout 5 weeks (prices vary).
